周末下午茶 Weekend Teatime ~
我很喜歡吃筍粿, 本地的筍粿是沒有筍的哦! 那為甚麼他叫筍粿, 不要問我我也不知道. 我想這裡比較不容易找到筍, 所以就用沙葛代替了. 我喜歡吃也是因為喜歡吃沙葛啦!
把它變裝, 變成像小點心, 一口就能吃完, 所以稱他為"一口筍粿TM "
I love "bamboo shoot kueh" but there has no "bamboo shoots" in the filling, so why the locals still call it "bamboo shoot kueh". I have no idea either. I guess maybe we can't find bamboo shoots and we just replace it with yam bean. I like turnips and I think this is the reason I like to eat "bamboo shoot kueh"
I changed the traditional wrapping into a dim sum like. You just need a bite to finish it, so I call it "One Bite Dumpling TM" ....
