椰香玉米糕 Corn Cake

大部分人在做玉米糕的時候, 都用現成的罐頭玉米醬. 我就偏要一顆一顆的拔下, 再把它打成醬. 好香哦! 濃濃的玉米香... 這次的試做, 糕體軟了一點, 卻能自成一格:) 下次會再做調整, 也要甜一點, 甜品嘛, 甜一點別人比較喜歡....

Normally people will use can corn paste for the corn cake. I just like to trouble myself by picking the corns one by one and blend it into paste. Mmm, the fragrance is so nice..... The cake is a bit soft but it tasted nice as well. However, I'll make adjustment of the recipe and add sweeter since most people like sweeter ....
