冬至2017香香湯圓 Dongzh 2017~Fragrant and colorful Tangyuan



昨天冬至, 今天才上載, 沒辦法啦, 做完, 煮完湯圓, 再煮晚餐, 已經快不行了.
原以為冬至過了, 買午餐時, 發現那麼多餐飲店休息, 才知道當天就是冬至. 
身體微恙, 還沒完全康復, 還是想給家人過個冬至, 做了簡單的湯圓. 那就要在湯底花心思. 天然的植物色素, 有沒有讓你心動?
這鍋香香湯圓, 最後被秒殺了 .... :)
Yesterday was Dongzhi Festival. After making and cooking TangYuan and dinner, I was exhausted, so I just made the post today.
I thought I have missed the festival until I found that a lot of food courts were closed for the festival. Since yesterday was Dongzhi, I wanted to cook for my family even I hadn't fully recovered from my sickness. I just made the simple TangYuan. Thus, I needed to make more afford to prepare the soup of TangYuan. Are you attracted by the natural plant colors?
Lastly, a big bowl of  Fragrant and colorful Tangyuan was finished up tastily.

迷你香蘭蛋塔 Fragrant Mini Egg Tarts

今年的兒童節, 為學校的小朋友們準備了小蛋塔. 沒有買到迷你的蛋塔模, 操作起來真的耗時間, 烤的時候, 也爆了好幾顆. 現在也忘了, 到底做了幾顆, 只知道忙了一天一夜, 的確很累. 但想到既然答應了, 就要完成. 太多了, 無法放進冰箱, 放了冰箱, 第二天會跟好吃哦!

This year, I prepared some mini tarts for kids at school on Children's Day. Without the mini tart mould, it took more time to finish. Some were even broken during baking. I can not remember how many I had done but I had been busy for whole day and night. I was really tired. However, since I had promised, I had to keep the promise.
There're too many to keep in the fridge or they would taste better on second day :)

蘋果, 梨水果蛋糕 Apple, Pear Fruit Cake


好久沒做蛋糕了, 剛好有預備好的蘋果, 梨. 水果蛋糕, 要有蛋糕又要有水果的顆粒, 要有咬得到果肉的感覺. 蛋糕裡要果汁, 果味. 水分很難計算, 只好靠感覺嘍!

放入冰箱, 冰的更好吃 :)

It's been long time not making cake. I had saved some apples and pears as the ingredients. I would like my fruit cake contains both fruits and juice. However, the measurement of liquid is hard to control. I just followed my gut feeling ..
It tastes better after keeping in fridge.


果肉浮在上面表示蛋糕做的好, 蛋糕可是沒有放泡打粉的喔!
Fruit pieces kept on the top means the cake is well done. No baking powder added in.

無敵起司蛋塔 Super Cheese Tart

有一天在賣場走著走著, 咦, 有賣起司蛋塔耶, 趨前一看, 天啊, 怎麼那麼貴, 像我這樣兩袖清風的人, 怎麼吃得起, 即使有錢, 我也不會買, 真的賣得很貴. 順勢身體一轉, 說: "回去, 我做給你們吃"

哈哈, 我就給他做出來, 而且是分量很足的起司, 純牛油做的餅皮, hoho, 真的好好吃, 吃過的人, 都說要拿去買, ...

One day, I was walking in a shopping mall. I saw one shop selling cheese tart, then I walked closer. Oh, No, Why it's so expensive? People like me always have empty pocket. How can I afford it ? If I have money, I won't buy from the shop either. It's really too expensive. I just changed my direction and said : "Go, I'll bake this for you".

haha, dada, I made it. A lot of cheese and pure butter crust.. hoho, so nice to eat. Everyone who has tried suggested me to sell it.

蜜汁櫻桃麵包 Cherry Buns

今天88節, 好久沒做麵包, 就弄一個較健康的麵包吧. 剛好有人送來了新鮮的櫻桃, 就讓我弄一個新食譜, 蜜汁櫻桃麵包, 除了碳水化合物, 更加入了更多的營養素, 明天的早餐好嘍!

Today is day 88 (August 8). It's been long time not baking any bread. I want somethings healthy in my ingredients. Oh, I just got fresh cherries. OK, let me make a new recipe, cherry buns. Besides carbohydrates, more nutrients were added. Ya!Tomorrow breakfast is ready!

特制番茄雞 Tomato Chicken Special


沒想要煮, 又自然的煮了一餐. 特制番茄雞用的是新鮮的番茄, 我不用罐裝或包裝番茄泥, 加了祕密的材料, 哈, 這樣味道就獨一無二了. 
No intention to cook tonight but still cooked for dinner. I used fresh tomatoes to cook instead of  canned or packed tomato paste. After added some secret ingredients, I guess it now an unique dish :)



香菇飯 Mushroom Rice


簡單做, 健康吃. 簡單的晚餐, 香菇飯配上滷蛋, 清炒包菜. 外面吃不到喔, 嘻
Make it simple, make it healthy. Simple dinner with mushroom rice, corned eggs and fried cabbage. You can't find these in any restourant :)

MyCook枕頭蛋包飯 MyCook Pillow Egg Rice

上次做了圓形的MyCook蛋包飯 這回做長枕型的蛋包飯, 這樣色, 香, 味, 型 都有了, 內包黃姜炒飯, 讚喔!

Last time I made round shape pocket rice, this time I tried long pillow shape. It  has color, fragrance, taste and shape, important elements of a cruisine. The filling is Turmeric Fried Rice, does it sounf great? :)

猫猫耳朵? Kitten's Ears

要吃猫耳朵吗?小朋友眼睛睁大大:“猫?  。。耳朵??”。。别怕,别怕,只不過是長的像猫耳朵的面皮,是中國北方的小吃, 我没有吃過,但我覺得, 這個小朋友會喜歡,  像我不是很喜歡吃麵皮的人, 或許也比較容易下嚥, 造型也可愛啊, 以後就不會想買義大利的貝殼麵了.

很容易煮, 加上自己喜歡的湯底, 不想吃飯的時候, 就來一碗吧.

Want some kitten's ears? The kids eyes opened wide :"Cat?! .. Ears?!!..." ... Don't be scared, it's only kitten's ear shape noodles. They are Northern Chinese snack food. I haven't tried before, but I think kids will like it. I don't really like the thick noodles, so I thought it would be more tasty to chew. Moreover, it's shape is cute and I feel no need to buy Conchiglie Pasta anymore..

It's very easy to cook. Add what ever soup you like. If you don't feel like to have rice, just have one bowl of it . :)

咖啡香包 Coffee Bun


墨西哥麵包好像跟墨西哥沒什麽關係,但是大家都知道墨西哥麵包就是那個樣子,麵包外裹香香的鬆鬆脆脆的外皮,内裹牛油,就是香啊!我就叫他“香包”,反正是都是我做的 。。。

我很少做'重油“ 的麵包,但是,基於製作,我還是要會。這次做了咖啡口味的香包,剛好有材料  ^_^ 我不是很喜歡咖啡口味的製成品,所以又加了多一個味道,讓味道多一個層次,也有比較高級的感覺。

牛油香, 咖啡香,香香包, 不好吃還真難 🤗

Mexico Bun and Mexico are not related. When people said Mexico Bun, most of us know what it is. It has crispy topping and butter filling. It really has nice smell. I called it "fragrant bun” ..

I seldom make oily bun but because of know-how I need to have it done. I made coffee flavour since I had the ingredient.  I don't like coffee flavour food. Thus, I added one more flavour to have different tastes in one bite.

Fragrance of butter, fragrance  of  coffee, who can resist the temptation ?

初嘗炒蘿蔔糕 First try of Fried Carrot Cake


憑感覺,憑這個厨房是我的,試試看,呃, 不錯耶!天啊, 沒記啊,怎麽在我的筆記本沒有啊!快瘋了, 下次能否感應準確,看來要好好練功才行

不同的地區,製作的蘿蔔糕都不同,有些地方叫菜頭粿, 菜頭在方言裏就是蘿蔔的意思。我不知道本地的菜頭粿,是因爲米漿加了蘿蔔, 還是炒的時候加入了菜脯(蘿蔔乾), 才叫菜頭粿。有知道的人可以告訴我嗎?

不管是那種蘿蔔糕,油都用得很多,所以自家的少油少鹹炒蘿蔔糕,有難度, 再加上我沒有不粘鍋, 這種挑戰就是做料理的快樂

這次沒有用菜脯去炒,想説健康一點。吃了自己炒的蘿蔔糕之後,才覺得外買的炒蘿蔔糕真的放很鹹。

My family just love fried carrot cake. I tried according to my "feeling?". It's really a good try. However, I'm really upset now because I forgot to note down :(

Different places have different methods of making Chinese-type carrot cakes. They all need a lot of oil to cook. My recipes are always less oil and less salt. Moreover, I don't have any non-sticky pan but the carrot cake is very sticky. It's really a big challenge. It's OK. Anyway, it's done :)

I didn't add dried white radish as traditional cooking. I thought it could be more health without it. After eating fried carrot cake cooked by myself, I now feel that the fried carrot cakes sold at the stalls really salty.

酵母版甜甜圈 Yeast version Doughnuts


原本想說,過完農曆新年,就可以回來MyCook日志, 沒想到日子還是一樣忙碌,
到現在也還沒新案子,真是惶恐 。。。

今天就拿出酵母版的甜甜圈,而且是用烤的,不用炸,也不用泡打粉. 傳統甜甜圈,高油,高甜,來到MyCook就得乖乖。甜甜圈用中筋麵粉就可以,烤的也一樣柔軟哦 :)

Use yeast as the leavener of  doughnuts to replace the chemical leavener. No deep fry and no baking powder. Oily and over sweet doughnuts is not expected. Baked doughnut can be soft and tasty too :)
