【經濟米粉配素咖哩】~ 今天的晚餐
哈哈, 終於都調配出我的風格的調味. 小時候很喜歡這種經濟
米粉, 不要問我為甚麼叫經濟米粉, 我想可能他沒什麼配料,
就是米粉和醬油. 越是簡單的料裡, 越考技巧. 他們說有放
蠔油, 可我沒用蠔油好久了, 當然, 我家也沒雞精粉, 味精
之類的人工調味劑. 今晚全素, 用有機糙米粉 , 加了三種
蔬菜, 雞蛋, 炒了一盤早市也未必找得到的經濟米粉. 經濟
米粉一定要淋上咖哩汁才叫絕配 :) , 所以又煮了素菜咖哩.
【Economic Fried Rice Noodle with Vegetarian Curry】~ Tonight Dinner
When I was at teen age, I loved economic fried meehoon (rice noodle) with curry sauce. You could find the economic meehoon at breakfast stalls but hardly can find now. Now, they becomes more common in catering or you can find them in hotels buffets. Why it's called "economic meehoon"? I guess because they are quite plain only rice noodle and sauce. Some stalls will add some vegetables, normally bean sprouts. Because it's a simple cook, the sauce becomes essential for the taste. However, I was happy I finally get the taste I want :)
Let's add more vegetables and eggs in the rice noodles. I used organic brown rice noodle. I think it can't be that economic anymore ^_^. Don't forget the curry, so I cooked some vegetarian curry to go with the fried noodle.
