卡士達馬鈴薯麵包Custard Potato Bread

昏昏沉沉了一個月, 精神好點, 還是選擇進了廚房. 利用休閒的星期日,今天中午12點就開始鑽進廚房, 做了兩樣點心.


卡士達馬鈴薯麵包Custard Potato Bread

想做馬鈴薯麵包, 自己調了一個食譜. 卡士達醬也是, 因為沒有雲泥香精(我不用香精), 我也得自己調配香味, 結果都還不錯,..樂 ^_^


I have been thinking to make a potato bread for some time, so I made a recipe. Same as the custard, I don't have vanilla flavor, I need to find some ingredients for the flavoring. I prefer natural ingredients rather than artificial flavor. 
Happy to say they turned out to be nice ... yes! :)


蜂蜜香蘭蒸蛋糕 Honey Pandan Steam Cake

和的時候沒和好, 有點瑕疵, 還好味道不錯, 也很柔軟, ....已經掃光了 :)
Soft and tasty, all finished :)
