手打香蘭海綿蛋糕 Hand Whisked PANDAN SPONGE CAKE



就不信用手打的做不成… Ya! 成功了. 海綿蛋糕是全蛋打發, 會比較難. 我想試試看,第一次做用隔水加熱法(約40C ), 沒發得很好. 再研究了一下, 這次室溫打發就可以了. 用自己後院種得香蘭葉, 好香哦 :)

First try on whole eggs whisking and heating up the eggs with hot water for easier whisking but seemed to be  failed. After readjust the recipe, it looked so good even I whisked the eggs in room temperature. The fragrance of the pandan I planted made it smelled so nice :)
