【番茄炒蛋 Tomato Fried Eggs】

看似簡單的番茄炒蛋, 還挺考功夫的, 尤其是少油, 又要用不是不黏鍋(普通的鍋), 加上番茄水份多. 要炒得又香又好吃, 還是需要一點技巧地 ^_^

 It's just a simple dish but I don't think it easy, especially when frying with less oil and without using non-sticky pan. Tomato is juicy. To be tasty, still need some skills :)
