在台灣的時候, 乘機問同學茶葉蛋怎麼煮, 同學大約說了一下. 回來就要嘗試, 第一次煮就成功.
而這次的茶葉蛋特好吃, 當然啦, 用了很好的茶葉. 沒有用泡過的茶葉哦 :)
I asked my classmate how to cook egg tea when I was in Taiwan. She briefed me how to do it. Glad to say I succeeded in the first try and this time is more tasty. I used the good quality tea leaves to stew not the left over tea leaves.
