【番茄炒蛋 Tomato Fried Eggs】

看似簡單的番茄炒蛋, 還挺考功夫的, 尤其是少油, 又要用不是不黏鍋(普通的鍋), 加上番茄水份多. 要炒得又香又好吃, 還是需要一點技巧地 ^_^

 It's just a simple dish but I don't think it easy, especially when frying with less oil and without using non-sticky pan. Tomato is juicy. To be tasty, still need some skills :)

【鳳梨莓 Pineberries】

著迷了! 怎麼有這麼漂亮的水果. 
吃起來有鳳梨味, 所以叫鳳梨莓?
她的體積比一般草莓小, 也是屬於草每的品種. 祖先原自於南美和北美洲混種. 2003年瀕臨絕種, 幸被荷蘭農夫救活, 而在法國作為商業種植.

聰明的她, 用白色的外衣, 騙倒了小鳥, 讓牠們誤以為果實還沒成熟 :)

So attractive ! What a beautiful fruit indeed. 
With the taste of pineapple, it is called pineapple berry and shorter name, pineberry.
They have smaller size than common strawberries and belong to strawberry cultivar. They are hybrid and originated from North and South America. In 2003, they are almost extinct but luckily saved by Dutch farmers and planted commercially in France.

How clever they are to cover herself with white skin. Birds are cheated thinking that they are not yet ripe :)

【香橙蛋糕 Orange Cake】


續起司蛋糕後, 大家都覺得還想吃蛋糕, 所以昨天又做了

香橙蛋糕. 原汁原味, 想不好吃都難. 今早就搶光了 ^_^

少糖, 少油 (無牛油), 無香精, 無色素, 無泡打粉(Baking Powder)人工添加劑, 真得太好了 !! :)

Always grab your appetite by original taste

Less sugar, less oil (no butter), no artificial fragrance, no colouring, no baking powder (artificial additives)


Just wonderful !! :)

滷蛋 Corned Egg

滷蛋非常普遍的一道菜, 可每一家做的都有自家的味道, 所以每家好像都要懂怎麼做這一道菜, 做了幾次總於找到了自家的味道 :) Corned Egg is a very common food but every family has their own recipe. It seems that each family should know how to cook this dish. I cook few times and finally get the taste of my own :)

【 香燜花生 Spice Braised peanuts 】

小時候, 外婆會把煮湯剩下的花生拿去燜, 又變成了一道美味的料

理. 那天在中餐廳, 用餐前來了一碟小菜, 燜花生, 嘗了一下, 回家

試煮, 又弄出了自個兒口味的香燜花生. 我喜歡 !! <3

When I was a kid, grandma used to cook a braised peanuts with

the left over peanuts from peanut soup. One day, when I was in the

Chinese restaurant, we were served with the braised peanuts as

the appetizer. After tasting the peanuts, I tried to cook. Happily, I

got my own style braised peanuts. Just love it :)

2013/04/13 的夜晚 Dinner


2天不舒服沒來報到, 趁周末煮一頓吧! 看看今晚吃什麼 :)

Absent for 2 days because of not feeling well. I tried to cook tonight on a relaxing weekend. Take a look at what for tonight :)

有點高熱能吧? 偶爾一下, 沒關係 ^_^

【茶葉蛋 Tea Eggs】

在台灣的時候, 乘機問同學茶葉蛋怎麼煮, 同學大約說了一下. 回來就要嘗試, 第一次煮就成功.

而這次的茶葉蛋特好吃, 當然啦, 用了很好的茶葉.  沒有用泡過的茶葉哦 :)

I asked my classmate how to cook egg tea when I was in Taiwan. She briefed me how to do it. Glad to say I succeeded in the first try and this time is more tasty. I used the good quality tea leaves to stew not the left over tea leaves.
