香菇鷄鷄肉包Mushroom Chicken Steam Bread


超白的包子, 細細軟軟的,看了就不想吃, 想吃包子的時候,就弄一些較健康的的吧,是很花時間,準備内陷再加上要做包子皮,所以,不能常做。
自己做包子,内陷也可以很隨意。

Homemade baozi is good to let you add any ingredients for the fillings.

寫到英文稿的時候才發現一直被我當成是“點心”的包子, 其實, 原來是名副其實的快餐。有能填飽肚子的麵皮,含有蛋白質的肉類或鷄蛋,還有蔬菜,把内陷包著拿去蒸,營養不流失, 又容易儲存,想想以後可以多做包子 ^_^
