香蕉葉烤雞 Banana Leaf Baked Chicken


今晚吃什麽?~香蕉葉烤雞 + 滷蛋 + 清炒蔬菜

太多太多照片來不及上載,今天介紹的晚餐要家裏的“道具”幫幫忙,讓我們可以少累一點。鑊,鍋子,烤箱待命!

先準備好材料, 煮好蛋,鷄肉加入調味料腌製
1. 先煮鹵汁,加入煮好的水煮蛋,就可以交給鍋子,慢火煮。
2. 去院子剪了香蕉葉,鋪在烤盤,放入腌好的鷄肉,就可以交給烤爐。
3. 等差不多要開飯時,就可以炒菜了。

看似簡單,但準備材料,才是最累人的,把食物弄熟10到15分鐘,而備菜遠遠超過這個時間。因爲備菜很累,所以,把食物弄熟的這個步驟就交給鍋子,烤箱啦 :)

Today I would like to talk about how kitchen wares help to prepare dinner. Wok, pan and oven please get ready.

Prepare the ingredients, boil the eggs, marinate the chicken with seasoning .
1. Cook the sauce. When the boiled eggs are ready, add the sauce, then you can hand over to the pan to cook the eggs with low heat.
2. Cut the banana leaves from my garden, lay them on the grill pan and fill up with the marinated chicken. Now, you can pass it the oven.
3. Pan fry the vegetable just before the to start dinner.

Preparing the to cook always consumes more effort than cooking. When I am tired, I let the cook wares to do their job. Thus, I can steal some time to sit down.
