大家好, 好久不見, 明天是周末, 想好要準備什麼早餐了嗎? 一份蛋餅, 再加上一杯咖啡好嗎? 喜歡起司的朋友們, 有沒有聞到起司味了? MyCook的蛋餅是無油的喔, (除了備鍋時的第一片). 如果用不沾鍋的話, 一點油都不需要.
不油的蛋餅, 腸胃負擔較小, 當早餐不錯又有飽足感.
做基本蛋餅, 讓不喜歡起司的人, 可以不加, 喜歡的人就撒在表面就行. 好好吃喔!!

Mycook's egg rolls are oil less, except the first piece (a bit of oil added to the pan to make it unsticky). If you use non-stick pan, definitely you don't need to add any oil at all.
It's good to have it as breakfast. It's not oily and satiety.
You can make the original egg rolls and let people choose whether they want to add cheese or not. If you like cheese, just spread it at the top of the egg rolls, yummy!
