牛奶土司(中筋麵粉) Mini Milk Soft Toast
誰說中筋麵粉不能做麵包? 最近都找不到常用的有機高筋麵粉, 也懶得再去找, 反正一開始做麵包就是用普通麵粉, 那就拿普通麵粉來做就行了. 製做過程沒添加任何化學添加物, 只用了無漂白麵粉.
我沒有土司模, 就卷成長條型就可以了. 做好切片, 要怎麼吃, 隨意 ^_^
做出來的土司也是很軟的唷! 做麵包不必特地跑去烘培材料專賣店, 用到處都買得到的普通麵粉就行了, 哈哈!
這裡的烘培材料專賣店的材料都是大包裝小包, 沒標示牌子, 成份, 你想我會買嗎? 我也沒那閒功夫開車到10里外的專賣店 ......
A lot of people think that we need high gluten flour to make soft bread but it's ok for me to use normal flour which have about 9% proteins to make the toast. Lately, I couldn't find any organic bread flour which I use to make bread. I am too lazy to look for it, so I just use whatever flour I have in my house. When I was learning how to make breads, I used normal flour. It won't sound strange to me.
I don't have toast mold, so just shaped it into long oval. When it was ready to serve, just sliced it and all done.
P/s I used unbleach flour and I did not add any artificial additives.

花生燕麥餅Peanut Oat Cookies
年過了才有時間做餅, 可真是沒"閒" . 我做的"曲奇" 牛油放得比較少, 這在配食譜的時候對我而言, 要想一下. 這個餅乾也沒放泡打粉或小蘇打. 做了兩盤, 第二天就吃完了, 應該是不錯吧 :)
小時候喜歡吃曲奇(cookies)多過餅乾(biscuits), 現在聞油色變, 肥滋滋, 算了吧! 下午茶, 吃個一兩片無傷. 想想油麵粉的比例是1:2 或2:3 (一般食譜), 就表示每吃一片就吃進去 1/2 或2/3 片的油, 要節制啊!
Cookies without baking powder, baking soda and less butter ...

夢幻起司蛋餅 Fantasy Cheese Egg Rolls
大家好, 好久不見, 明天是周末, 想好要準備什麼早餐了嗎? 一份蛋餅, 再加上一杯咖啡好嗎? 喜歡起司的朋友們, 有沒有聞到起司味了? MyCook的蛋餅是無油的喔, (除了備鍋時的第一片). 如果用不沾鍋的話, 一點油都不需要.
不油的蛋餅, 腸胃負擔較小, 當早餐不錯又有飽足感.
做基本蛋餅, 讓不喜歡起司的人, 可以不加, 喜歡的人就撒在表面就行. 好好吃喔!!

For those cheese lovers, have you smelled of the cheese?
Mycook's egg rolls are oil less, except the first piece (a bit of oil added to the pan to make it unsticky). If you use non-stick pan, definitely you don't need to add any oil at all.
It's good to have it as breakfast. It's not oily and satiety.
You can make the original egg rolls and let people choose whether they want to add cheese or not. If you like cheese, just spread it at the top of the egg rolls, yummy!
