雞肉咖哩叻沙 Chicken Curry Laksa
熱啊, 熱啊... 趁熱吃.. 大家都吃得好快. 都吃完了, 剛剛才吃完, 自家少油叻沙, 好吃嗎? 起鍋爆炒香料植物用了一點油, 就這樣而已. 椰奶有油質, 不需要再加油了. 香,香,香, 煮的時候更能享受到那個香氣. 家裡有小孩所以沒有煮很辣, 味道剛好.
天氣轉涼, 來一碗, 在家也有叻沙吃, 真好 ^_^
