7色晚餐 Seven Colors Dinner
食物由顏色分成五大類, 五色均勻攝取, 對身體好, 看看今晚我們吃了那些顏色:
褐色, 橙色, 綠色 ~ 番薯糙米飯- 番薯, 糙米, 香蘭葉
黃, 紅, 綠 ~ 香蔥蛋捲 - 青蔥, 雞蛋, 枸杞子
黃, 白 ~ 炸豆腐炒豆芽 - 豆腐, 豆芽
黑, 綠, 紅 ~ 黑木耳炒青菜 - 黑木耳, 小白菜, 枸杞子
黃 ~ 大蒜
都有了耶, 無肉也能精彩喔! 香蘭葉, 青蔥自家種 :)
It's good to take 5 different colors of food evenly in our diet. Let's take a look what we have for our dinner tonight:
Brown, Orange, Green ~ Sweet Potato Brown Rice -Sweet potatoes, brown rice, pandan leaves
Yellow, Red, Green ~ Spring Onion Egg Roll - Spring onion, eggs, wolf berries
Yellow, White ~ Fried Toufu and bean sprout -Toufu , bean sprout
Black, Green, Red ~ Fried Black fungus and Vegetable - Black fungus, Chinese cabbage, wolf berries
Yellow - Garlic
OK, we have all. No meat meal can be colorful and tasteful too! Pandan leaves and Spring Onion are from my garden :)

花花手工麵包Flower Handmade Breads
新鮮出爐啦!! 好一陣子沒做麵包, 突然想吃上面有牛油加砂糖的面包. 不知道要做什麼造型, 那就來個富貴花開吧 :) 我關節痛, 不能手打甩麵糰, 又沒耐心做免揉麵包, 得等上一天, 弄了好久, 還好成品柔軟. 今天元宵節, 也祝福大家元宵節快樂 ^_^
喔, 忘了說第一次做加了雞蛋的麵糰.
It's been quite some time I did make breads. I felt like to eat a traditional bread which has butter and sugar on top. I had no idea what shape will be nice. How about blossom flowers? It is so blessful in the new year time.
I have a lot of pain on my joints. The kneading and smashing the dough becomes difficult to me. I have no patient for waiting at least a day for non-kneading breads. Anyway, I still have the soft breads at last :)
Today is the last day of Chinese New Year, the "Lantern festival". Happy festival to all of you ^_^
