冬至2018之抹茶紅豆湯圓


好累哦, 為甚麼就要堅持紅豆沙要自己弄? 其實也不知道在堅持甚麼? 手好酸 ..
去市場買3色湯圓, 回家弄個糖水就行了嘛, 喔, 我記錯了是2色, 白色和粉紅色, 我小時候就是不喜歡這樣的湯圓, 外婆要拜拜, 又要弄大餐, 又要把市場買回來的麵團揉成湯圓, 外婆真辛苦.  但想想, 那時候湯圓都是這樣煮的,   ...

原本想做好湯圓要煮晚餐, 不行了, 這個我就不堅持了. 不過, 自己的晚餐還是自己煮, 結果9點才吃晚餐 ...

今年的紅豆沙真的弄得很好, 糯米皮的軟硬度也剛好, 口感很好, 湯圓香香的, 甜甜的, 配上特製湯底, 湯底是依據湯圓而調配的唷!

P/S : 自己做的湯圓可以很好的控制甜度 ..

綠茶棋子餅 Green Tea Checkerboard Cookies

綠茶棋子餅
上載圖片數次不成功都想要放棄了, 只好看完一段視頻, 再回來, ㄟ! 可以了 ... :)
突然的同學與老師見面會, 時間和地點也很晚才敲定, 很久才難得的見面, 沒理由兩手空空的地去, 更想能做一點甚麼的給他們, 烘一些小餅乾, 應該OK吧?
很可惜太匆忙了, 沒買到漂亮的容器, 如果裝在禮盒, 看起來會更加分.
做的很匆忙, 還要準備出門, 不過, 還是做出來了, 綠茶與原味交錯, 很香又有層次,
顏色好看, 把剩下的麵團做成花朵型, 感覺也很不錯, 漂亮吧!

They may not look prefect but sincerely made it especially for my old classmates and teacher who haven't seen each other for many, many, many years...
Last minute confirmed for the gathering, I rushed for it but happy to made it finally. They will be looked nicer if packed in a beautiful package. Anyway, it tasted and smelled good with the combination of green tea favour and original butter favour.

蝴蝶起司蛋糕 Butterfly Cheese Cake


太 久沒貼文,  要準備貼的時候, 眼睛不舒服, 就擱置了, 今天再來.  要一再確定貼文沒重複, 居然花更多的時間, 在翻看舊貼文, 看著看著, 又想起這個那個, 翻來翻去, 又看了自己寫的食譜 ... 好累.

選了一個好吃的蝴蝶起司蛋糕, 很綿密, 很軟, 很好吃, 要讓他出來見人. 

今天沒有甚麼話想說, 晚安囉 :)

焦糖芒果乳凍Mango Pudding

 芒果有點太軟, 切了一些新鮮吃, 留一些, 不曉得要做芒果蛋糕還是布丁. 經過投票決定, 結果是芒果乳凍獲勝.  留了很久的玻璃小瓶子終於可以派上用場. 沒測量每個瓶子的水量是多少, 一直擔心比例拿捏得不好,做出來的軟硬度不是自己喜歡的. 沒想到成功了, 軟硬度剛剛好. 不想吃太甜, 焦糖沒有放很多, 芒果乳凍和新鮮芒果肉, 味道調配得很好唷..
天氣熱, 來一小瓶, 樂也 :)

南瓜香飯+酒香蒸雞 Pumpkin Rice + Wine Steam Chicken


現在有人不吃飯了, 我想與其不吃飯, 倒不如在白飯上花點心思, 吃飯也可以吃得很健康. "今晚吃甚麼?" 單元, 好久沒上了, 就來個香飯配酒香雞. 南瓜對男生, 女生都很好, 只是不是很多人喜歡南瓜的味道, 我們家就不是每個人都能接受, 我就得想一想, 要怎樣煮南瓜, 才讓全家都吃得下, 反應不錯, 都吃完了..



Nowadays, some might not eating rice anymore but I prefer to make some changes of cooking rice, so that rice is good to eat and good to health too.

Pumpkin is good for health. However, in the place I live, it's not  a common food like other countries. Some people may not like the taste. Not all my family members like the taste either. I have to think how to cook to make everyone in the family to eat. Not bad at all. They all finished up ...

米粉湯 Rice Noodle Soup



生病的時候, 想到要吃粥就怕? 為了改變生病就要吃粥的既定印象, 為生病的人準備了米粉湯. 好喝的湯汁, 讓病人比較容易下嚥. 當然, 為了讓病人可以得到更好的營養, 湯底是很重要的. 可以煮素的湯底. 也可以加一點肉去煮. 一天煮葷的, 一天煮素的, 都很好喝. 吃了我煮的東西, 身體會很快好起來哦! :)


In our culture, we use to eat porridge when we are sick. Some will be sick of it. There is an alternative, Rice Noodle Soup. Soup is easier for sick people to eat especially when they have not appetite and feeling weak.
The rice noodle soup has to be cooked in healthy way and provides nutrition. Thus, the soup base is very important.Soup with meat or without meat is fine. I cooked each in two different days. The soup is nice. Normally, they will recover fast after having what I cook :)

肉骨茶 Herbal Meat Soup ( Bah Kut Teh)


原本想偷懶, 可是因為是下雨天, 正是吃肉骨茶的好天氣, 只好趕快把排骨拿出來解凍 ...
媽媽給的排骨, 我自己很少吃豬肉, 給我的時候, 我只想到肉骨茶, 先收好有空再弄.
今天就派上用場了

我煮肉骨茶不用現成的藥材包, 我自己配藥材. 現成的藥材包, 味道很淡, 自己配的可以比較好掌握. 
這個排骨的肉很好, 不會很硬, 單吃也很香, 湯汁濃厚, 配飯正好 :)


I was too lazy to cook this evening but on raining day, it's a best day to have Herbal Meat Soup. Thus, I just took it out from the fridge to defrost ...

The pork was given by my mom, I seldom eat pork, when she gave it to me, the only dish I could think is Bah-Kut-The (In local we call it Bak-Kut-Teh. It's a traditional Chinese Herbal Meat Soup), so I just kept it in fridge waiting for the day to come, and now the day comes ...

I do not use the package herbs to cook. Normally, I  choose the herbs by myself. The soup cooked with the ready package has less taste, so I prefer to pick what I want and the taste of soup can be more manageable.

I think the meat is near the ribs. It's tender. It has fragrance when you bite it. The soup is thick. It's nice to have it with rice

水果起司麵包 Fruit Cheese Bread

之前有介紹過用中筋麵粉做的麵包, 這個水果起司麵包也是用中筋麵粉做的麵包. 配上水果, 起司的麵包, 減少厚重的感覺, 真是好吃又好看.

The bread is made of plain flour. Fruits and cheese topping made it less heavy. The bread is really nice to eat and nice to see.

藥酒雞 Herbs and Wine Chicken Soup




連續幾天的冷天, 又濕又冷, 給家人煮一鍋藥酒雞熱一熱身子. 藥酒雞的做法簡單, 冰箱裡有甚麼藥材, 就用上了, 加上補酒, 就OK了. 很簡單吧
藥酒雞, 湯肉一起吃, 味美湯濃

The weather was cold and wet recently. I prepared a pot of Chinese Herbs and Wine Chicken Soup for m family to warm up their bodies. Cooking the soup is quite easy. Check your fridge for what herbs you have and add some wine to cook with chicken. Sound simple, right?
Eat the chicken with the soup together, you will have a great taste :)
