When I am busy, I need some "fast" food to fill up my stomach. This, what I called "flour cake", is always nice for breakfast and after tea. I would like to call it, "pan cake" but it's very different from pan cake. It's tastes better than pan cake for me and without adding baking powder. It's more healthy than Roti Canai or Roti Prata. You add a bit or totally left out oil is OK.
After the flour cake is ready, you can eat as the way you eat pan cake. For my convenience, I have already added the ingredients I like in the batter. You can add any ingredients you like. I like the salty taste, so I made Green Onion Flour Cake.
