院子的九層塔長了, 我是客家人, 長輩都稱他為"金不換", 我都唸成"金谷飯", 因為從小就不知道他的中文名為何, 也是從網上搜的. 他的香氣, 我稱他為主觀氣味, 因為不是人人都喜歡而且很兩極化. 在我們的料理力很少有加九層塔, 我大概想了一下, ㄟ, 也挺不錯的, 味道也不會很突兀
The Basil has strong fragrance which I call it "subjective flavor". People will hate it or love it. I can hardly remember that which cuisine in my family has used it. I had to think before cooking. Hmm ..just nice to eat and the flavor of basil is not too strong to upset you :)
