1/1手作全麥椰絲麵包Handmade Whole Wheat Coconut Bun


手雖然還沒好, 肩膀痛也沒好, 又忍不住做了麵包, 沒有找到椰絲麵包的食譜, 只好自己想了.
麵糰打得不錯,  用手打的喔,  椰絲內餡也很香.

My hands haven't recovered yet and I have frozen shoulder on the left. I couldn't wait and started to make some buns. I found not recipe of coconut bread, so I had to make my own recipe. The dough was kneading quiet well. Yes, hands kneading. The grated coconut filing is full of  fragrant and tasteful :)

糙米香雞壽司, 雞蛋壽司 Brown Rice Chicken Sushi, Egg Sushi


今晚吃什麼?

糙米香雞壽司, 雞蛋壽司. 紅豆湯, 還給不吃壽司的人, 準備了炒飯.
忙了半天只為一餐, 好累, 算了, 英文翻譯就免了...

家裡沒日本珍珠米, 就地取材, 用了本地糙米, 內餡也是自創的, 想不到雞蛋壽司超出想香的好吃. 覺得, 壽司有點乾, 煮了紅豆湯甜品, 果然大受歡迎 :)

鹽酥雞Salt Crispy Fried Chicken


今晚吃什麼? 
蔬菜, 鹽酥雞, 海帶湯
清炒蔬菜, 台式鹽酥雞, 外祖母海帶湯

鹽酥雞, 少了一些材料, 不過, 還是一級棒, 我沒有放很多鹽, 其實不該叫鹽酥雞, 應該是香酥雞吧!
煮了小時候外婆常煮的海帶湯, 不是台式, 日式, 韓式, 就只是外婆的方式, 我其實也沒有食譜, 憑喝過的味道, 去留住心愛外婆的記憶

Salt Crispy Chicken, I missed out some ingredients but still delicious. I didn't add much salt, less than half tea spoon. I think I shouldn't call it Salt Crispy Chicken. It's just the fragrant crispy chicken.
The seaweed soup is special. Not Taiwanese Style, Japanese Style nor Korean Style. It's Grandma's Style! I don't have recipe but only the memory of taste, the memory of grandma ... I miss her so much :'C

木瓜葉汁~ 骨痛溢血熱症食療(登革熱)papaya leaf juice extract ~ food treatment for dengue


登革熱肆虐, 好多人得病, 又有家人得了登革熱, 只好把種在盆裡木瓜樹的葉子給喀嚓了. 這個配方是由馬來西亞衛生局推薦. 如情況嚴重還是得送醫治療.
I just prepared the papaya leaf extract for family who is suffering dengue. This formula is recommended by Malaysia Health Department. If the sickness is serious, please send the patient to hospital for treatment.


製作方法: Method of extracting papaya leaf juice

1 取木瓜葉數片 Cut few pieces of papaya leaves ( 6 medium size leaves can get about 20ml juice)
我用6片中型葉子, 可榨出20ml 的汁


2. 洗淨, 浸泡15分鐘, 再沖洗乾淨 Wash the leaves, soak for about 15 minutes, and wash again 

3. 弄乾葉子, 撕成小片, 用榨汁機, 榨出汁 Dry the leave, tear into smaller pieces, then use fruit extractor to extract the juice.

服用方法: Dosage

每天服用一次, 2湯匙, 連續3天
2 table spoon one time per day, 3 consecutive days

芝麻香蔥蛋捲餅 Sesame Spring Onion Egg Rolls


當你肚子餓了, 家裡又沒食物, 有沒力氣煮, 簡單的蛋捲餅, 是非常好的選擇. 印度煎餅油份比較高, 做工也比較複雜. 這個香蛋餅, 有香氣, 做法簡單. 香香的芝麻味, 熱熱吃, 好吃... 
飽了.. ^_^

When you are hungry, no food in house, no strength to cook, the simple egg rolls is the best choice. Compare to Roti Canai, which has more oily and more complicated way to make, I prefer the egg rolls, simple and fragrant. With the smile of sesame and onion, eat when it's hot, just delicious.....
