蘋果戚风蛋糕Apple Chiffon Cake

不喜歡蘋果不脆的口感, 那就讓我把它便好吃吧! 第一次嘗試用蘋果做蛋糕, 意外的好吃. 厲害的蛋糕不用戚风蛋糕模也可以發得很好(其實是我沒有戚风蛋糕模, 在等人贊助:)). 用紅蘋果做的蛋糕, 居然是淡淡的綠色, 圓圓的蛋糕還真有點像個大綠蘋果 ......

When apples become not crunchy, let me make them taste better! First try on making apple cake, wow, not bad at all. I guess a good chiffon cake can raise nicely too without chiffon cake mold.(Frankly, I don't have any, waiting for sponsor :P)

I made the cake with read apple but it turned out with light green. The round cake looks like a big green apple. Don't you agree? ^_^

wow, 雞蛋不新鮮, 蛋白沾到了蛋黃, 打完蛋後, 直接打蛋白, 好像不該犯得都犯了, 心想應該成不了了吧! 沒像到, OK勒, 可又想起, 牛奶也忘了加, 這味道行嗎? 覺得, 有點"老人"口味, 沒想到小朋友會喜歡 :)

Wow, the eggs were no so fresh. The egg white had been mixed up with egg yolk a bit. After finishing beating the eggs, I just beat the egg white directly without cleaning the beaters. It seemed that I had made lots of the mistakes. I thought I would failed. Unexpectedly, it turned out OK. However, I just remembered I forgot to add milk, O dear, how would it taste? It looked like "old folk" taste to me but the kids just like it out of my thought :)  ...
