手作全麥小麵包 Hand Made Whole Wheat Buns
算算算, 什麼種? 什麼種? 燙種, 中種, 亦是直接發酵法, 亂亂亂!!! 今天想了一個做法, 做出來的麵包好軟. 材料自個兒算算量量, 這次得全麥麵包用了85%有機全麥麵粉.全程手工製作, 手打得有種快要脫臼的感覺. 在揉打的過程, 麵糰的變化, 可以實實在在的感覺到. 不過有點花時間就是了...
