I like salty taste better, so I made the spring onion filling bread. No matter what styles, french style or Taiwan style, in my hand, they all become my style. How wonderful is it! ........

黃梨拌炒飯 Pineapple Mixed Rice

做一道讓家人驚艷的料理吧! 好巧, 心裡想著要做黃梨炒飯, 就讓我買到了甜的小黃梨, 而且還特價呢! 那還等什麼呢?...

所有的食材都是新鮮的, 玉米也是自己蒸熟了一顆一顆的剝下, 這次買的玉米好甜哦, 忍不住一邊剝一邊偷吃 :P 都沒有用冷凍的喔!

我的炒飯, 都不叫炒飯. 因為要減少油份, 我都用拌炒或半炒都行, 所以也是很健康地....
炒飯總得配個湯, 那就來個白蘿蔔海帶雞湯吧! 我很喜歡海帶, 海帶的料理. 日本, 韓國, 台灣, 中, 港, 澳, 海帶的料理很普遍, 可這裡很少, 這海帶還是從國外買回來的. 白蘿蔔的料理也不普遍, 偏偏都是我的最愛. 不會忘記小時候外婆煮的蘿蔔湯, 海帶湯. 今晚, 就煮這個... :)

Sweet and small pineapples, just nice for the pineapple fried rice cuisine. I cooked the soup which I never find in any food stalls so far, to go with the rice. I think they are just nice for tonight dinner

雜穀紅蘿蔔面包 Grains Carrot loaf


重點材料: 有機面包粉, 現打新鮮紅蘿蔔泥
Main Ingredients : Organic Bread Flour, Fresh Carrot Paste

終於都買到了有機面粉, 加上了紅蘿蔔汁, 好看有好吃. 味道是淡了點, 沒關係, 可以塗上巧克力醬, 菜油增添風味. 隔天, 我把他做成蒜頭面包, 好吃吧! :)

I finally got the organic bread flour for my bread. With the fresh carrot paste, it looks nice and yummy. The taste is little bit plain. You can add some chocolate spread and margarine for more flavors. In the next day, I made it into garlic bread, no doubt for yummy !:)

黃薑茄汁魚 Turmeric Tomato Fish


好久都沒吃魚了, 午餐弄個魚, 再加個菜, 也挺好的. 原本, 魚是要拿來煎, 健康一點還是用煮的吧! 這個料理的特色重點是黃薑. 黃薑是很好的食材, 是天然的色素, 香料, 增味劑, 而且還很健康. 但是, 黃薑有種很重的味道,  料理的時候要酌量, 我儘量不讓他搶味 ....

It's quite some time not having fish dishes. I cooked fish and vegetable for lunch. Instead of frying, it would be healthier by cooking, so I changed the method of cooking. Highlights of this cuisine is Turmeric. Turmeric is a very good ingredient as natural color, flavor, flavor enhancer, and very healthy, but having a kind of heavy flavor. You should control the amount of turmeric as the spices in your cuisine. However, it plays a very important supporting role ... :)

自製優酪乳 Home Made Yogurt


想做好久了, 總於都吃到自己做的優酪乳. 最愛的吃法是蘋果加優酪乳, 水果天然的香氣和甜味在加上優酪乳, mmm 就是愛這個味道. 沒有了香精, 糖, 食品優化劑, 讚!!
我用的培養菌是 Lactobacillus Bulgaricus 保加利亚乳杆菌, Streptococcus Thermophilus嗜热乳链球菌. 

longing for homemade for so long and finally to have it. Yogurt with apples is my favorite. Love the natural fragrance of  the fruit and the sweetness. How wonderful to have it without artificial flavors, sugar and food conditioners ^_^

Fruits yogurt is always the best but the best of the best is to have  own planted fruits with homemade yogurt. Feeling so.... happy ^_^ 

水果優酪乳永遠都是最棒的, 更棒的是用自家種的水果加上自製的優酪乳, 能覺得不幸福嗎?
