肉骨茶 Herbal Meat Soup ( Bah Kut Teh)


原本想偷懶, 可是因為是下雨天, 正是吃肉骨茶的好天氣, 只好趕快把排骨拿出來解凍 ...
媽媽給的排骨, 我自己很少吃豬肉, 給我的時候, 我只想到肉骨茶, 先收好有空再弄.
今天就派上用場了

我煮肉骨茶不用現成的藥材包, 我自己配藥材. 現成的藥材包, 味道很淡, 自己配的可以比較好掌握. 
這個排骨的肉很好, 不會很硬, 單吃也很香, 湯汁濃厚, 配飯正好 :)


I was too lazy to cook this evening but on raining day, it's a best day to have Herbal Meat Soup. Thus, I just took it out from the fridge to defrost ...

The pork was given by my mom, I seldom eat pork, when she gave it to me, the only dish I could think is Bah-Kut-The (In local we call it Bak-Kut-Teh. It's a traditional Chinese Herbal Meat Soup), so I just kept it in fridge waiting for the day to come, and now the day comes ...

I do not use the package herbs to cook. Normally, I  choose the herbs by myself. The soup cooked with the ready package has less taste, so I prefer to pick what I want and the taste of soup can be more manageable.

I think the meat is near the ribs. It's tender. It has fragrance when you bite it. The soup is thick. It's nice to have it with rice
