簡易泰式酸辣湯Simple Tomyam Spicy And Sour Soup

酸辣湯麵 Tomyam Noodles

我在想菜名的時候,我其實不能放泰國或泰式,這根本是我憑感覺去煮的,想了一想, 還是把“泰式”加進來了。謝謝泰國的同學煮了他們家鄉的的泰國酸辣湯給我吃。雖然是好久以前的事,那是第一次的味道,我已經當成是指標了。在煮的過程,努力尋找那個味,感恩感謝不在話下。


回國后有嘗試煮,不過那時候用的是現成的Tomyam塊,現在沒什麽印象了, 大概也沒什麽值得記得。外面賣的Tomyam又酸又辣,對我而言,有點太刺激了。

回鄉時,同學給了瘋柑和葉子,哈哈,我有煮泰式酸辣湯的主材料啦。又是非常感謝同學夫婦 把自家種的瘋柑給我 ,非常符合我的田園烹飪風。

來個簡版酸辣湯吧,煮了麵。有辣有酸,但吃了不會刺激腸胃。

後來,想吃海鮮酸辣湯, 就煮了酸辣蝦湯。
酸辣蝦湯 Tomyam Prawn Soup

What should I name it? Tomyam?  It's only a spicy and sour soup which I followed my sense to cook. I finally used the "TomYam" word to thank my Thai classmate who had cooked me her home country famous spicy and sour soup. Although it was long time ago, it was also my first taste  of TomYam soup. I felt  so grateful and thankful when I tried to find the taste of it while I was cooking the soup.

I tried to cook when I came back to my home country. I used tomyam cube. Nothing so special to have me recalled how it was. Tomyam sold at the food stalls is too spicy or sour to me sometimes.

When I backed to my home town, my classmate gave me some kaffir limes and leaves. They are the main ingredients of TomYam soup. I guessed it's my good chance to try cooking TomYam. I need to thank my classmate and his wife for giving me their precious kaffir limes and leaves which they grown.

I made a simplest spicy and sour soup and cooked with noodles. You will have taste of spicy and sour but mild to the stomach.

Later, when I felt like to have some seafood spicy and sour soup. I cooked  Tomyam Prawn Soup.
