恬院三色黃梨炒飯 Garden three color pineapple fried rice

來自自個后院的香料和食材,黃梨炒飯,有你無法想象的好吃,粒粒米都吸入了黃梨汁,每吃一口飯都充滿了黃梨的香氣, 當然,還有來自院子的天然香氣,完全是大自然的味道。。 配上一碗冬瓜鷄湯, 補充蛋白質的香煎魚,晚餐這樣子OK了 :)

The herb and long beans are from my garden.  I used them to make  pineapple fried rice. You can't image how yummy it is. When the rice absorbed the pineapple juice, every bite in your mouth will full of fragrance of fresh pineapple, plus the fragrance came from the garden. Totally fragrance from the mother of nature. What else for the dinner? How about winter melon chicken soup and fried fish? :)

椰子飯coconut rice

好久沒貼文了,發生了很多事,真的有點力不從心了。還好還有照片,應該是沒有要我放棄的意思。。。(嘻)

先用椰子飯開場吧!是的, 是椰子飯不是椰漿飯,有什麽不同嗎?椰子飯的做法比較少油脂,但一樣很香,這樣子的一餐也不失營養噢!

How's everybody? Something has been dragging me. Hopefully, things will go smooth day after day. Some photos still kept in my memory card remind me " don't give up". Maybe it's just a comfort excuse ... :)

I would like to start the post with "coconut rice". Yes, it is cooked with coconut instead of coconut milk. It consists less oil but still has nice fragrance as "nasi lemak" ...
