ShortBread

Merry Christmas!!
大家聖誕節快樂




濃濃的奶油味, 大家都愛, 可我還是酌量著吃.  Shortbread 是個材料簡單食譜易記的餅乾
1 糖 : 2 牛油 : 3 普通麵粉  (份量比例)
不過我還是在食譜上動了手腳, 糖肯定要減!

Most of you love the taste of butter but I ate as less as I can :) As we know, ingredients of shortbread is simple and the recipe is easy to remember. However, I still made some changes on the recipe, especially the quantity of sugar.

湯圓tangyuan (Glutinous rice dumplings)

我幾乎每年都錯過冬至, 記得某人說冬至都在12月20日, 在20號那天就趕緊做了湯圓, 沒想到提前了. 忙了一天, 做了4種, 7種口味的湯圓, 真得快累壞了.
I  almost forget dongzhi every  year. I remember somebody told  me dongzhi is on 20th December every year, so I made some tangyuan on that day. Now I know I had made it earlier. Spending whole day to make 4 types and 7 favors tangyuan is a very tired job.......
